Non-personalised items can be returned to us so long as you let us know within 14 days and are returned in the condition in which they were sent.  You are responsible for the return postage costs.

Personalised items and sale items cannot be returned unless they are faulty, not as described, not fit for purpose, or any other fault of Stamped With Love.
