All items are hand stamped to order, these are not mass produced items.  Typically, your order is dispatched within 10-15 working days of placing an order.  Working days are Monday to Friday and do not include weekends or bank holidays.  

We do try to dispatch orders within 10 working days but we have families and small children and this time can slip.

Your delivery time is on top of this but all orders are sent tracked so you can keep an eye on them as they are processed by your chosen carrier.
